-Refund Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Please understand, this is an industry standard. In rare cases, we may, at our sole discretion, make an exception.

  • Pricing Errors: If there is an obvious error in the price, we will correct it once discovered. While we strive to keep product listings up to date, prices may differ from those displayed. In such cases, we may contact you to settle the price difference or cancel the order and notify you. All prices on the site are fixed in USD.
  • Price Increases: Due to market fluctuations and the fast-moving nature of the crypto industry, prices of mining machines can change quickly. If a price increase occurs, we will contact you to settle the price difference or arrange a refund. We appreciate your understanding and support.
  • Out of Stock: Due to rapid changes in market prices and stock availability, there may be instances where an item is out of stock after you’ve added it to the cart and submitted your order. In such cases, we may need to cancel your order. We apologize for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Warranty Service

Kindly note that for brand new, 100% original miners, the warranty period is typically 12 months or 6 months, depending on the factory’s policy, starting from the production date.

For used mining machines, there is no warranty or after-sales service; however, before shipment, we will provide mining machine testing videos to ensure you understand its performance. Once you confirm acceptance, we will proceed with full communication and arrange shipment.

During the warranty period, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for repairs, as well as any applicable customs duties. For miners out of warranty, if the unit needs to be returned to the factory, the customer will bear all logistics, customs clearance, and maintenance costs.

If you have software problems with your machine, you can contact our online customer service for help. If you have hardware problems with your machine, please contact us to send your machine to our center for repair.

The Crypto Hash Depot Service Center is staffed by experienced experts who are familiar with all models of ASIC miners on the market. If necessary, they are ready to provide you with professional help and repair your mining equipment. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will provide you with instructions on how to send the device to our center for repair. It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage to the equipment due to misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, or physical damage due to improper operation.

1. Transportation costs and all other costs (if any) about the return of a product shall be under the sole responsibility of the purchaser.

2. The period of repair shall depend on the type of problems encountered.

2. Return Factory Fee

When returning the product to our company/manufacturer, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost, and the customs clearance fees.

3. Forbidden Operations

① If the warranty label or serial number (SN) of the product is torn or removed, or the product is damaged due to unauthorized disassembly within the warranty period, the warranty will be void.

② Confirm the machine usage instructions and operating specifications. For details, refer to the machine instruction manual and relevant sales/after-sales personnel. If the machine is damaged due to misoperation by the customer (such as connecting to the wrong voltage), the warranty will be void.

③ Any modifications made by the customer within the warranty period, such as adding cooling systems, modifying fans, heat sinks, or altering power cables, the warranty will be void.

④ If you change the SN code of the machine shell without permission, the warranty will be void once discovered.

5. Precautions

① If you find the miner is damaged, or scratched, or the warranty label has fallen off/damaged, you must notify our office immediately (within 24 hours) for clarification, otherwise, the warranty will be invalid.
